Hi.
From what you describe I have suffered from the same injury at the beginning of this year. I had a shooting pain going dowm my left thigh and across the top of my foot which when was not really painful I felt like I had constant pins and needles in my leg. If this is similar to you try changing your trainers as it could be the gait of your foot not gelling with your footwear as it was in my case or so it seemed to be as within a week of changeing my footwear my problem cleared up after months of agony. Hope this is of some use to you Jay |

I have just returned from Mont Tremblant recently and have to say the place is amazing!
The pistes could get a little crowded at times but i suppose this is to be expected around the christmas/new year holiday period and if i had to complain about anything then that would be all. There are pleny of runs for everyones ability and the scenery was simply breath taking. The food was great and came in huge portions so you coul not fail to get your moneys worth (one day i ordered a blt sandwich which was a meal in itself then unknown to me a huge plate of fries came with it!) For anyone thinking of taking a ski trip to Canada you could do alot worse than here,I highly recommend it. |
