slightly new topic in a similar vein, if i'm 6'1" tall are 187 cm ski's too long for me, I just bought some soloman x-screams for 28 jim from the bay, good or bad purchase?

The surfanic one looks better too, TK Maxx usually have a lot of Surfanic gear so might be worth giving up a couple of hours for a good rumage!!?

you've surely considered it already, but would it not be easier meeting your friends in the south of england? Hiring a foreign car and driving on foreign roads in a foreign country on your own could put you at quite a high level of risk. (no prizes for guessing my full time occupation, crikey i'm sad :roll: - Safety goes out of the window come the 6th of jan though!!) Plus, if your all together you can play eye spy!! It can get really interesting if you look for things that you can see but are not physically there, R for reflection for example. (Yep, definately sad!)

According to the ski report andorra is expecting 55cm of snow in the next week? is anybody out there at the mo to verify the skiing conditions?

I was in ferni 2 years back, thought to myself, why not try this snow board thing everyone's been talking about? After 20 minutes of arse and wrist ache i decided to "fudge" it off and get back on the ski's. It just didn't seem worth wasting a days skiing when i only ever get 1 week a year, (if i'm lucky)
Skiing is faster anyway! ) |
