See you all in October

I didn't anticipate just how despondent I would be after returning from my ski hols at the weekend. Prior to going, I'd be constantly looking at the snow reports etc and now, well, now I have nothing to look forward to....some people might say that 3 weeks in South Africa at the end of March would be enough to ease the post-ski hols depression but not for me...

I might just have to become a 'more than once a season' skiier...but where to get the money from?! :lol:

Prioritise. I cut out caviar and try to get away at least 7 times a season but sometimes I only manage 5 :(

I am right there with you. I've been back a month now and i am still gutted.I am desperate to hit the slopes again but money, family and work have put the brakes on that.
I am saving heavily now, selling excesses on eBay, planning car boot sales and generally looking at tightening my belt in order to afford at least two separate week long breaks next year.

I have summer hols to book as well but i cannot get into that. I would now much rather save the cash and have another ski hol.

However I know where I would rather be South Africa or work....... Not really a hard choice if you ask me although I'll be in Canada so not feeling too jealous thankfully. :D

South Africa is amazing by the way. Whereabouts are you going as I travelled around there for 8 weeks at the end of last year?

I know the feeling. Have been distant since I got back, its a sad time and unfortunately I just don't have the holiday time to take from work.
