You brought up an excellent issue Dave when you mentionned Gray Rocks! 99% od skiers do not know this ski center and just pass by it in a wink when they go to Tremblant!
Let us be honest,,it is a small center, however many skiers would be better to go to this resort for one week for the following reasons;

more lesson time than another ski resort in Quebec
best organized social evenings in North
skiers from all over the world
best boot fitter in Quebec works there
And finally the very best ski meals you will every have and I mean ever!!!
