Hi Suzi. Just Google Snowheads and that should bring up Ski Club 2.0 Snowheads Forum or something like that.

. Did they not include a copy when they invoiced you for the cost of treatment and transport to the ambulance?


Thank you everyone for your suggestions, I have followed up suggested leads. I have double checked the paperwork from the doctor, but alas there was no information about the initial first aid. I have contacted all the rescue and lift services in the town, as suggested but seems to have drawn a blank.

The insurance company has confirmed the court case is going ahead so I'll have to continue without this information. Of course the guy who hit me knows how long I was out for, but will his memory of the incident provide this information? Adrenaline can warp your timeframe.
