Are they stills taken from video footage, or just regular pictures?

I'm going to have a play around with the timer thing this weekend. I think that'll be a great feature to get some good action shots.


I think i must have put the wrist strap on when hanging it out the gondola so it was pretty safe.
The photos were proper photos not from the video. I set the camera on auto shoot every 3 secs and just held it out for about 10 seconds. It is a great feature. I much prefer stills to video, it leaves much more to the imagination.

Have fun with it and post some pics and video when you get back.

The telescopic squeezzy pole from Robert Dyas seems just the right piece of kit for a go pro :thumbup:

I'm literally modifying it as we speak. Turns out the diameter of the pole is a little small. Though nothing a bit of electrical tape won;t sort.
