hi All,
looks like my ski buddy may not be able to make it this season ( family problems)may have to go it alone; so was wondering if any one can advise;
Is there a company that offers single travellers a decent deal (e.g. none or little single supplement).
Was planning January 2nd or 3rd week
Any ideas appriciated.
Thanks in advance

frostbite, plenty of folks go skiing on their own using resort hotels, without incurring surcharges. Do you want to be in a T/O chalet with folks to socialise with?

I go by myself quite often, it's good craic. Chat to folk on lifts, in the bar, breakfast at hotel etc. No plans to adhere to, do what you want when you want.

Check out www.pistepals.com Never used them but the website seems pretty decent and the planned trips sound fairly cool

I'm on pistepals and I've put together a holiday based on the replies I've had. Still got a place left for 6th March in Meribel. Fifteen of us got together to take a full chalet at £459 fully catered. All solo skiers wanting someone to ski with/eat with/travel with. Large group means no pressure of sticking with one-to-one ski buddy. We're meeting up in London in December for a beer. Anyone welcome.
