SCANSPORTS what a nightmare, I have ordered a hoodie back on the 14/3/09 and nothing??? Was supposed to arive in 3-5 days. Then I saw your posts.
So today sent the proformat email as suggested by ski&dive, and am waiting for reply (I have sent 3 emails already) have been calling the Baker macintosh phone number which is a dodgy answer machine saying send an email! £40 for the hoodie so I have no intention of giving up!
