Dont really want to go to France but La Tania is very, very cheap for the 5 of us. We would be going Self/C and its an apartment for 7 people which would give us abit of room. S/C would save us a fortune as we could take a shed load of food with us.
Anyone got any info on this place? I know its low but it doesnt take long to get to the main parts of the 3 Vallees. Poooh Im tallking myself into this one.

The stupid grin is because of the kids really, they will not beleave how vast the place is as theyve only been to Bulgaria. They are banging on about it already :P
Got a call off my mate who wants us all to go to Italy again in March also. Lots of overtime me thinks as me and the better half are going on that.

no it doesn't take long to get to the other parts of the 3 valleys ...looked a nice place and half the price of Courcheval where you need a second mortgage to by a coffee
Bouc Blanc is a lovely fast red back down to the village but it was getting a bit soft in the sun when I was there 2 weeks ago

ive stayed in la tania twice before-bth in april holidays and loved it both times.
tree runs back to the village are lovely and its one lift to the right over the meribel valley and two up into 1850
not so sure about SC being cheap though-youll need to take a van full of food and drink!

I have stayed in La Tania. It's an affordable way of skiing the 3 Vallees. Good connections to other villages, gondola for downloading if the snowcover is poor on the home run. not much nightlife. I agree with rossyhead, take as much as you can with you, purchase the rest in Moutiers.
