I have been trying to find the thread on which Bandit posted details of a website (German I think) that sells ski gear, and had some fantastic deals on skis.

Tony word on the street is that S&R are starting their main sale tomorrow (Friday). Check prices carefully :D

Cool, thanks for the heads up. Will take a peak tomorrow. Not that I NEED anything, but considering upgrading the wife onto all mountain skis.
I am seeing your light at the end of the tunnel, Bandit.
Those Scotty Bad Boys were a huge difference to ski on - much more fun, more able, and I was able to hold a much better edge on the wider sidecut. They also carved a lovely long line when I pushed them hard.
Good choice methinks. 8)
