I've got a couple framed at home, I think they are atmospheric.

I generally prefer black and white photography - I like the "grainy" look you can get with it.
I'm not sure when it comes to snow/skiing themed stuff though. Theres something about the blue skies contrasting with the white of the snow...
Maybe its just because the weather in the UK is usually so dreary and its uplifting to see a "proper" winter scene.
