How do i install and adjust Marker Motion ipt 11.0 on Volkl Supersport S5

:?:I bought these awesome Volkl 2007 S5 Supersport skiis online but the bindings are not mounted. Can someone give me the skinny on how to adjust the binding length to fit my boot, install the binding on the ski and set it up for a 185#, 6', Level II skier. Any help would be appreciated!

Unless you 100% know what you're doing, and I deduce that by asking this question in the 1st place you're not, then you are better off by far taking yourself and your skis down to one of the above and shilling out a few quid to have it done properly.

Freezywater is correct.Typically it is a minimal cost to install bindings!

To really do a correct installation you must understand ski geometry, DIN level release, Rear tension adjustmet and finally front top level adjustment.

Unless you are at ease with power tools and understand the basic dynamics of ski design, go to ski shop!

Another reason why you shouls go to ski shop is that you must specialized tools!My drill bits all have a "depth gauge" limiter so that I never pass a given depth! All my drill are bevelled! I have a POSIDRIVE screwdriver which looks very much like a Philips screwdriver,,but is not!

The rear tension spring on all bindings must be set within a given range or else...

It is a question of YOUR safety and your legs!

Now if you decide to take it to a ski shop, I can tell you what to consider and check after the work is done!

these are "motion" system components and don't require drilling or jigs? in which case fitting them is trivial and needs no more tools than a flat screwdriver, but the adjustment Pavel mentions is the difficulty.

better to get the local store to do it.
