Just dropping in to say hello

Even sitting on the sidelines you can read between the lines that all is not well with the trippers :lol:

Really...all i still fine ...just a little friendly rivalry but we feel that we are the ORIGINAL j2skiers ...we all get on well with no problems....

The original ski holiday group started by AllyG for the 2013 trip has a total of 29 beds filled for this year in two centres in the Dolomites. This trip wasn't publicised on J2Ski as the first (small) hotel was full by the end of May and the second hotel by late summer.
This is our 6th consecutive year of a very successful ski trip. We have been to France twice, Italy three times (including this weekends departure) and Austria.
Who knows where 2019 will lead us? Somewhere definitely as the trip is already being discussed.
From this years crew there are three totally new bods and about half the group were on the first trip in 2013. Only 6 have managed all the trips - "life" does occasionally get in the way (beware of parenthood!!).

I was JUST rereading your St. Anton etc 2012 report since my March 9 departure leading a group of 45 people gets closer. I know the Arlberg area has had huge changes in last two years (lift connections etc). We are staying right in St. Anton at the Sporthotel. I ALWAYS have appreciated your and Ally G.'s detailed reports. It is really helpful to get some detailed slope reviews......for many of us knowing if a RED is a "light red"cruiser or a "dark red" STEEP is excellent info to have and the Piste Map does not help you much in that regard.
I had a group in Moritz in 2015 (Hotel Hauser.......DO plan on an Apres visit to thir big terrace ROO BAR right on edge of center pedestrian zone) . Have a wonderful time there and we will all look forward to any reports you might choose to post in future. Thank You.....from this appreciative American gal.

Have a great time in St Anton, I always enjoyed my time there in the past and would like to see how the changes have affected the area sometime.
