La Thuile is a smaller resort and in my opinion not as good as La Ros. But...La Ros does get the sun so expect gluey snow in the afternoon. Just over the Italian side by the fort they regularly do ski-kiting which is quite cool to watch. Especially when you see them dodge in and out of the electricity pylons!!
