'Early bird' Tickets for the 2017 London Ski and Snowboard Show, the UK's only remaining ski show, have gone on sale. Bookings for a slot on the ice rink at the show are also available for reservation!
Organised by The Daily Telegraph and to be staged at Battersea Evolution in Battersea Park, London, from Thursday October 26th to Sunday 29th, the four-day event includes exhibitor stands, food and drink stalls, live snow sports demonstrations, comedy and music, as well as talks with famous athletes.
Adult early bird tickets are priced at £15 and family early bird (two adults and two children): £30, which the organisers say represents a 25 per cent saving on what the full price will be.
Other pricing options are: Concessions/students (must show valid ID): £10, Children aged 11-16: £8 whilst under 11s are free. Friday après evening tickets (5pm until 10pm): are £15
The Telegraph say that the 2017 show will include a larger retail area than in recent years.
Planned new events include Q&As with the stars of the British Ski & Snowboard team ahead of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang next winter, as well as opportunities to meet the athletes.
In addition this year, athletes will compete in a brand new big air competition on Friday and Saturday on the show's ski slope to win a share of a £3,000 prize pot. http://www.skiandsnowboard.co.uk
