Hi there, trying to find a way (that doesn't involve private taxi) from Geneva Wed 28th Dec around 9.30pm to Tignes le lac. Any ideas, anyone want to share transfer? There are 2 of us, didn't think transport when booking flight - error!

the cheapest way i found was to hire a car at the airport,

I always hire a car. Did a few weeks ago. If you do though make sure you drive via Annecy as it only cost me €7 in toll charges whereas on the highway it cost me €50 plus euros. Took the same time to drive.

One-way car hire, and a return to the airport on Alpibus or similar might also work; I think at least Europcar have an office in Bourg Saint Maurice.

Thanks very much for responses,(transfer was for son aged 17 & mate who wouldn't be able to hire car). Seems like got transfer organised through Alpine Sherpa (who have great reviews BTW). Happy Christmas & good skiing
