For part of my undergraduate degree i am collecting data on ski consumer decision making and need a variety of respondents, the survey should only take around 5 minutes and any participation would be hugely useful.

Wouldn't accept my answers either, Lota.
7 answers? But there were only 6 on offer.
Answered, with most responses in the final column, would not accept.
"What other facilities and activities would you be interested in when on a ski holiday?"
Golf,
Zip-lining,
Whitewater rafting.
Paintballing.
Bowling Alley.
HELLO, I AM A SKIER!!!!
Not a well designed questionnaire,

Wouldn't accept my answers either. I design questionnaires for a living, but as you are inexperienced I won't crack down on you about the poor design of your questions. HOWEVER, I would say that the number one rule when running an online survey is that before you launch it to your respondents you should test it out to make sure it works. You have failed to capture information from at least 3 people who were willing to complete your survey, all because you didn't take the trouble to iron out the bugs.

Could you give me information on which questions you were unable to answer, i ran the survey on several different programs to try and fix issues and thought all of them had been addressed.
Dave Mac, the question you are referring to was asking to rank in order the sources of information used so could only give one response per question and answer 7 should have been there but needed to be scrolled across to be answered? Sorry for the miscommunication, I have rewritten the question to try and make it more clear. Thank you for your feedback

Tried it again - says I've selected more than one answer when ranking information sources for a ski trip that are most important. I didn't.
Can't be bothered now!!! :(

Trouble is, consumer surveys have to be painless for the respondent, not an obstacle course. Consumer isn't interested in the intricacies of survey-design, he/she just wants to talk about him/herself. A sensible survey takes advantage of this.
