It does what it says on the tin!
Any hotel recommendations in Niederau?
We're 2 adults (ish! well, we're adult when it comes to our ages!) and 15 year old daughter.
One room OK.
Ideally half board.
Swimming pool / sauna would be nice for me as I am a non skier.
Clean hotel
Good food
Non smoking - not sure if this is possible but someone has already mentioned this
Near to ski lifts too .. would be great to ski in and out or not have far to go to get to the lifts (especially as I am not skiing so could walk with them quite easily if close.
Not sure of the layout of Niederau and where the hotels are in relation to ski lifts / village centre.
Thanks
Any suggestions as best TO to book with too?

It sounds like a cop out but you cannot argue with tripadvisor:

Wastlhof probably the best in town, and Sonnschein has an English owner if that helps.

I've stayed at the Sonnschein in Niederau several times and always found it excellent. Has a pool and sauna and is very comfy.

Unfortunately, if you are looking at half term for this year, as indicated on your other thread, you might have to settle for whatever is available .
