Swiss Rail Tickets

We travelled 2nd class from Geneva to Zermatt before Christmas. Everything on time. The train was quiet and no problems with storing luggage although the bay at the end of the carriage is quite small so I imagine it's a struggle at busier times. plenty of overhead rack space for smaller suitcases. The changeover at Visp was about 12 minutes.
