What works for me is a combination of pretty small prescription glasses and pretty big goggles. You might want to check out the ones Scott Hustle Series [link removed], they are at least big enough for my purposes and not too expensive :)

I have some generic prescription inserts which lock in place behind ski goggle lens which work well for me. Can just walk into opticians in resort they should stock them.

I to have an insert which works well. Got mine in Uk though as I have a slightly strange prescription due to astigmatism, dunno if that would be stocked in resort?

Goggle choice is very individual. The best way to buy is on a gray day, and take several to the shop window for your test. I like the Oakley Prizm very much for MY eyes. For someone else, another brand or another lens might work best for them.

Do try them on while wearing your helmet. Do wear the glasses, if any, that you'll ski with. Do get the frame size that fits your face. Larger goggles that have the lens farther from the skin tend to fog less--just another consideration.
