Passo Tonale for a weekend in December

Has anyone skied a weekend in Passo Tonale?

I am trying to organise a mid December ski weekend and have found a great deal on flights to Bergamo and hotel in Passo Tonale but am a bit unsure about the resort.
Love the fact that it's Italian and high altitude but am a bit worried that we will have skied it all in a day and a half

I know it's only August but I want to get this booked so I can work on my second trip in March!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Search out some of the reports on here ... I would not recommend unless you only have two or three weeks under your belt .....pretty much just up and down pistes , Ponte Legno down the valley has more red runs and is north facing.

If your only going for a weekend you should be
Ok .....remember both ponte and passo are
Linked by blue and red piste but there is only a very
Short steepish bit which makes it a red.... If snow
Is poor then both resorts are linked by gondola....
