Hey guys I am planning to ski on 12.05.14 to 19.05.14. Where should I go. I know that most of resorts are closing at the end of April but I have heard there are still places where I can ski in may.

Stubaier Gletscher is open until 4th of July This was filmed there two weeks ago and they have received some more snow since then so you should get quite good skiing in May

Kitzsteinhorn glazier could be an option, but check if its open first as I believe they close for maint sometime between may and july.
Skied: On snow, On water, On mud, On slush, On ice. Oh, and on a few dry slopes.

Probably the best option, but there should be a reasonable choice...

From our Where to Ski in May rundown...

J2Ski, about Austrian glaciers wrote:Not all are operational right through the summer however, in fact only the Hintertux glacier endeavours to be, although the Dachstein, Kaunertal, Kitzsteinhorn and Stubai glaciers should be open to June and July.

The Molltal, Pitztal and Solden glaciers are all scheduled to close at the start of May and re-open in summer or autumn.

...but check direct with the Tourist Office for exact opening dates and times as they may change at relatively short notice...
