Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows if the free resort bus stops near this chalet? We are staying for a week in March and I can't did the chalet on any maps. Hoping the beginners in our group can get the bus to lessons rather than walk!

Hi El, we're staying in Chalet Abricot, which is at the top of the resort. The bus stops about 50m from us. When are you heading out as we'll be there in March also and there's no pool in our chalet...

I think we stayed where Abricot is a few years back and it is close to a bus stop so you'll be ok for getting around. Just not sure where Sommet is exactly - I know it is the highest chalet in the resort, hope it is close to a bus stop. We go March 9th, can't wait!

Why don't you email the tour operator and ask?
Or you could always look on somewhere like Trip Advisor - if there's no bus someone will have a gripe!

Thanks, I am waiting for a response from Ski Total. Trip Advisor has one guest moaning it is a trek to and from the chalet and that surprised me as the VT bus service was great when we were there before, but in a different chalet. So it made me wonder about the location of Sommet.

Sommet is very close to Abricot (I stayed in Abricot in 2011) so yes the bus is about 50m away, all part of the Des Neiges development at the top of the resort.
Looking at the photo of Sommet I think it used to called Chalet Bonne Neige in which case I've stayed there too.
It's down hill to the bus stop so obviously an uphill walk coming back.
