Reusch gloves are very good occasionally come across them in TK Maxx as well so you save a packet on rrp, mine are event fabric with dexfil, very light very warm

I got a pair of Hestra from Edge and Wax last year for £60 but they seem a lot more this year.

My previous pair that were cheap but really good and lasted ages were Trekwear - have a search around for some. Mine were a two part (liner came out) with waterproof shell.

Not saying that you should blow the bank. With gloves but cold hands can make you miserable. Maybe invest in a pair of silk gloves and use this as an extra layer, plus buy some hand warmers, always cheaper on Internet than at resort

I've only ever had them from Trespass. Never paid more that £24, never had cold hands.Get them from the outlet shop but you can buy online. Like Johnt says buy some handwarmers. My nephew buys them in bulk and uses them for golf as well.

I tend to agree with Innsbrucker's reply to your question about Nebulus gear. Spend less on your jacket to spend more on your gloves. While most of us are 'over-specced' in the jacket department, none of us can afford to be 'under-specced' with our gloves. Been looking at Reusch gloves myself just this afternoon; was almost tempted at £50 -) . I think I'll wait till the end of the season and see if I can get a pair of Hestras 'for a song'. :-)

If you need yours before the end of season and you're a bit strapped, these might be worth a punt. White Rock gear seems to get good reviews from people who have bought it.

Like the look of these too. Might pay Decathlon a visit myself. :-)

I've had Reusch gloves and never been cold in them even down at -27c. TK Maxx often has some in and low prices.

Reviews also suggest North Face do the best all round ski glove for men, cant remember the name of the model, but any ski shop has them in at around £50.

My current gloves are all leather from Surfanic online, who are having a massive sale (possible financial problems?) and they were 1/3 of the price at £25, absolute bargain.

Gloves ...... Important part of clothing, the quality of gloves around the £30-£40 mark will be pretty good and if you feel the cold the addition of silk liners will keep you even warmer.
Like Tony I also took advantage of the Surfanic sale last year but got a slightly better deal on the leather gloves £21 inc postage ( Sorry Tony) wore them for the first time this year and thought they were really good.
I also have a couple of jackets of excellent quality brought for £46 again last year.
I started looking into Surfanic about four years when I brought some ski tops for Little W at the London Ski show . I think the end of Feb they start the proper sales.
