Deciphered most of that report.
Do comments say that the area is known for avalanches and that it is foolish to head that way?

Yeah, col de mouche is a known avalanche trap in certain conditions. Doesn't make it foolish to ski there per se, but after 2m of snow have fallen in 5 days it is extremely dangerous. This snow hasn't had a chance to stabilise yet.

This is the incident we mentioned yesterday on the other thread.

Yes, the comments do seem pretty critical.
Google Translate wrote:An avalanche triggered late Wednesday morning near the col de Chassoure (Nendaz). A Swedish freerider, 23 years old, was swept away and later succumbed to her injuries.
Four skiers left the Chassoure ski route, located on the ski area and connecting Téléverbier Lake Vaux Tortin (Nendaz). They ventured towards the Col de la Mouche, where a wind slab has won one of them (length 250 meters, width 100 meters and height of snow breakage 1m80).
The rescue operation involved 2 helicopters (Air-Glaciers), guides, doctors and 2 avalanche dogs.
Rescuers found the victim under the snow, a Swedish 23 years old. She turned her bag but had not maintained at the surface. She was equipped with a transceiver (avalanche victim detector).
Seriously injured, she was airlifted to hospital in Sion, where she died.
