Skiing event 26 Dec - 1 January

Dear skiers, can you please help me with some tips. I am organizing a skiing event for students and young adults in the age rank of 18-35 in the period of 26th-1st of January 2013 for a total of 200-280 guests (the number can be reduced depending on the capacity of the hotel).
We are looking for a place with double, triple and quadriple etc. rooms, but no apartments, more like a youth hostel and with possible exclusivity, since we will require also Kosher food (for which we will provide assistance). We are looking for a place near skiing slopes (max. 15 minutes drive) and for a venue with conference rooms, dinning hall that can fit everyone and a hall to ogranize parties.
Please let me know if you have any ideas of places or if you have been to similar events, winter camps etc.

Maybe have a look and see where the Universities use for their ski trips. I know a lot go to Val Thorens and Les Deux Alps but not sure where they stay. I think I heard 200 students went on the last one. There are operators who specialize in massive groups so may be worth looking at a few of those to get some ideas.

I think Cardiff used outgoing.co.uk which specialize in groups. Have you tried e-mailing snow sports societies at any universities, they may be able to give you some help?

My sister has run school ski trips but not that high numbers, she has used ski bound and skitopia
