She was on TV last night and was wondering has Chemmy retired now from skiing?

I do not think she competed for the last two years

I think her plan is to make a come back but is heavily reliant on sponsors and i think i read she has no financial backing from any government association.
She is using Dancing on Ice and the tour to help in her fitness and continues to train.
Maybe next season we will see her back on the slopes.
Skied: Arinsal, La Plagne, Alpe D'huez, Flaine, Les Arcs, Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Sauze, Courchevel, Val Thorens

Does Land Rover not sponsor her?

She was talking about mountaineering on TV.

Chemmy is still sponsored by Land Rover. But only gets a car, no cash at all.
She also gets no money from UK Sport or BSS, I think all this season will be paid for from the DOI money. She will be training with the Canadians.
She will be back on snow for the first time since her terrible accident this week, on the Kaprun glacier. (staying in my apartment in Zell all week)
She is certainly intent on making a full come back to World Cup racing.
Good luck to her.

:D Great news. Chemmy is back on the snow. I quote from her Facebook page..

As expected there was a bit of pain and discomfort with the metal work, but the great news is the faster I went the less I felt my leg wohoo! Not that I went fast as I was under strict instructions on post injury ski rehab!! Can't wait until tomorrow, and the next day and the day after and all the other snowy days that I will have in my life!!
