Just as we were preparing to close the lid on this season... it's been snowing (quite heavily) again in The Alps.

Accumulations of up to 50cm have been reported in the past few days, across wide areas of the North, East and Central Alps. Snow has fallen as low as 1,000 metres and Spring has been put on hold. Fresh snow has also been reported from Scandinavia.

European Weather and Snow This Coming Week

The current weather patterns, with temperatures around or below the seasonal average and regular precipitation (snow to 1,500 metres or below), look set to continue toward the end of the month.

There are some very cheap deals still available for the last few weeks of the Northern winter, and superb skiing to be had... so if you can...

...you should! 8)
