Don't worry, we haven't actually picked a chalet yet. I put those prices up just because I found them easily (I hate it when you have to phone for prices), to show how the price varies with the date. But thank you very much for saying they look too expensive (I totally agree with you!).

Ian, if we could find a date, resort, and budget to suit you, would you be interested in coming?

This is definitely NOT a 'posh' chalet, but I found it okay. These prices do include 6 day lift passes for Tignes and Val d'Isere:

I have never seen divorce include a lift pass ;)

I thought it looked expensive, thought I was just being tight. The 2013 holliday is expensive when you add in lift pass :shock: Then if you want a single room you may as well take the whole chalet yourself ;)

No they don't Andy - you're quite right - I forgot to point that out. Oh dear, sorry everyone :oops:

Maybe being a travel agent isn't quite as easy as I thought!

Mountain Sun include free transfers with their short breaks but not with their week long stays.

Transfers are an extra £28 each way, and I suppose flights would be an extra £100 or so.

That does make it quite expensive, for the standard of accommodation :cry:

So taking the above prices for first week in Feb would be:

about £729 inc lift pass. On reflection I dont think that is a bad price. I know you can get it for £500 la de daaaa, but as in the majority I think it is good

Icy - I think you've forgotten to add in the transfer prices (for the Mountain Sun chalet in Tignes).
I got £629 + (£28X2) + £100 = £785

The 13th January 2013 holiday to Tignes is £399 for the chalet, £60 for chalet transfers, £100 approx for flights = £559
6 day Espace Killy Lift passes approx = £200

Final total = £759
(Unless you have to hire skis and boots, costing around another £100).

And as for the £200 single supplement, well you'll just have to find someone you can share with :D

I may be Interested in 2014 ... but it really depends on her in doors and Little W as they both don't have any connection with J2ski so it may not be of interest to them, but Mrs W went with some J2skiers in March so with a touch of arm twisting you never know. I think of bulk buying of rooms we should demand a discount !!! 8)
