snowell ski hire

Hi Can anybody help me with a review of snowell.com. I am getting a really good price for ski hire with them but wondered if anybody has any info on them before i book. The shop i will be getting the gear from is sport 2000 so seems ok but they ask for the full amount on booking which is unusual ?

bit unusual, . . when we hire gear we pay at the end of the hire peiod !

I normally hire on line for Little W normally pay 10% on line and the rest when you return the equipment.
I thing to remember is that I possible book two months in advance, have you tried skiset I think J2skiers get a 10% discount :thumbup:

Skiset are very good and yes we get a 20% discount on the shop's listed price. You have to find the link from here though.

Just saw this thread and it has reminded me that I have not booked ski hire for Kitzbuhel at the end of January!!!

We normally use Intersport at the Hahnenkamm gondola so we can use the ski lockers there.

does anyone know if we hire from Skiset if we can still use the Intersport lockers??

i have used snowell for the last 5 years & can not praise them enough.

You get a childs (up to 10) equipment free (in france) for each Adults hire. This results in a massive saving for families.

They use the extensive Sport 2000 network & we have always received a very good standard of equipment & service.

The admin of the company is very effecient. I have emailed them on several occassions for extra info & discount & they have on each occassion replied within a working hour.

If you used discount code stkdfr1011 you will get another 6.5% discount on your hire cost.

I didn't know J2skiers got a discount with Skiset - excellent news as I almost booked my ski hire today but decided to wait as my daughter is thinking of buying her own boots :)
