Turin to Serre Chevalier

I am looking for advice on the chepest/easiest way of getting from Turin airport to the resort of Serre Chevalier. I am travelling alone as I am meeting friends in the resort. Car etc seems to be very expensive

Your best bet may be to try and find a group going the same way. One of our regulars, Chamoissiere, has an apartment in Sere Che and may be able to help.

FWIW, we were there just after New Year and really liked it - great place to ski with plenty of variety.

Hi, that may depend on your day of arrival. Have you tried www.a-t-s.net However on certain days only private transfers are available. You can also get a shuttle bus into Turin, then get the train to Oulx, from there a bus to Serre Che, maybe your cheapest option, try here for more info. For cheap car hire try www.travelsupermarket.com as it compares all the different sites. You'll need a bit better than a basic model though to negotiate the mountain roads
