Sweden or Norway

Anyone been, what is it like

I have looked at skiing videos and they seem quite tame

Getting to both Norway and Sweden is cheap but how expensive is it once you get there?

Not been to Norway or Sweden but hoping to visit Sweden in January. I imagine quite expensive as its neighbour Levi/Ruka/Yllas. Alcohol and eating out is very expensive, supermarkets if you are prepared to eat whay the locals eat not so bad, but branded goods very expensive.

Norway is tear inducingly expensive once you're there!
