Hi
Have been lurking on here for a while and decided to post.
We did Sauze D'Oulx for new year and are looking for a lively resort commutable from Munich (cant get direct Belfast flights to Innsbruck) and have opted for Mayrhofen.
There looks to be 16 of us. Where could I get a self catered chalet or if not possible maybe 2/3/4 apartments in the same larger chalet?
Kind Regards
RObert

Welcome to J2ski.
I have been to Mayrhofen several times, you have made an excellent choice.
However, it is a village of hotels, B&Bs and apartments. Chalets are few and far between.
My best suggestion would be to visit here:

There are plenty of places with rooms for rent. You should look in all of the areas and not just the centre, as there is an excellent ski bus service which connects the villages around, and you might actually find it is better to access the Penken slopes from Hippach rather than in town as its always a lit quieter, AND the Horberg Gondola takes you right into the main hub of things rather than to the more congested front of the Penken.
Anything else you need to know, drop me a PM.
Can I come with you?????????
