Thanks for the video, Kitenski,
It was nice to see 'real' people ski-ing and falling over, and wobbling and things. I felt a bit sorry for whoever it was that was walking through the deep snow carrying their skis.
Did you take the video?
Ally

Loved it! :)

Superb video. How did you get that sort of quality? Camera hand-held mini digital with hi-def disc or something more fancy?
Also, are you folks on "fat" skis or just regular all-mountain? am no expert, hence asking.
great pics, and yes of real folks, "brave" folks, some of those slopes look pretty remote and steep!
alas yes, this new youtube infringement business is a pain, even if you load songs bought through i-tunes which now youtube advertises for but what's the point if one cant buy and mix into video!

cheers all,
To answer the questions, half the video was taken by me using a Sony HDR-TG3E, the other half was recorded on a Panasonic HDC SD9, both mini HD cameras with cards! Handheld hence the wobble, I suspect resting on a planted pole in future maybe a good idea.
We were on a mix of skis, thinnest were Scott Missons, 89mm underfoot, fattest were Icelantic Nomads 110mm underfoot (as featured on video)
