Les 3 Vallées – the world's largest ski area – is now offering the world's fastest growing sport – padel.
Two new permanent padel courts have been opened in Courchevel 1850. The courts are located at the foot of the Émile Allais slalom stadium, directly opposite the Courchevel Ski Club INEOS clubhouse.
The new padel courts will rank among the highest-altitude permanent facilities in France, giving both residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy the increasingly popular racket sport.
The project was developed by Courchevel Tourisme in collaboration with the Club des Sports, the local town hall, and global sportswear brand Lacoste.
It forms part of a broader strategy to expand year-round sporting activities in the resort beyond traditional winter sports.
Open daily from 9am to 9pm, the courts are accessible to everyone from casual players and holidaymakers to experienced athletes and can be booked through the Courchevel Club des Sports.
Designed for comfort even in winter conditions, the courts feature eco-friendly geothermal heating, ensuring playability throughout the year while minimizing environmental impact.
