Looking for impossible End of Feb - 3 people 2 x1 week 1 person 4 nights

Looking for the impossible 2 x adults and 1x 16 yr old looking for Chalet/Half board accommodation end of Feb. Its so hard being a 1 child family and our daughter really doesn't want to share a room, which I get, but we are constantly penalised as not 4 of us :cry:
Due to hubbys work (farmer) he can only do 4 nights and my daughter and i can do 7 nights so looking for a chalet that can help. Dont want self catering. Daughter can come in with me when hubby leaves.
Would prefer, Hot tub, ski in and out and catered (open to options) prefer not to go to (only as we have already been to lots) Grand massif, Espace San Bernardo, Avoriaz/Morzine . Would prefer a higher resort.

Thanks all for your help. We are going to monitor the snow as probably see whats available last minute. Will probably be a short break rather than full week. Thanks for the recommendations for Samoens - I love it there as my dad had a chalet there for years but since his passing, I am not ready to go back there yet.
