Question about ski sizes

Hi Guys

I run a very small bespoke box company in the UK and I am looking to start making boxing to ship ski's.

My biggest conundrum is the best size to pick for a general set of ski's.

I am also wondering however would a skier ever ship a pair of ski's without a protective case or bag before they put it in a box as this would of course effect the size needed.

Any help or advice would be appreciated from your community guys.

In short. What dimensions would you advise someone to create a box to ship ski's?

First of all ? What a great idea !! Props !

Obviously, for a one size fits all , you'll need to make them big enough for biggies , and pad more for little ones ... offering a few sizes makes more sense. Are you going to put kids skis in a box that is designed to fit full on pow attack equipment!?!

What about a box big enough for a whole family ? If you are oversized anyway , might as well have one rather than many?? I don't know .

People are going to use a bag when they arrive, so I'd make room . Having a box too big will not prevent me from getting one .
