Tallington Lakes Leisure Park in Lincolnshire has fitted a brand-new surface for this winter.
The 120-metre dry ski slope opened 35 years ago and has now been upgraded with a 'Proslope' surface – regarded as the closest an artificial surface can get to mimic 'snow-like' conditions.
Thanks to its matting and construction, which includes a shock absorption layer, all levels of skiers and snowboarders can try out this new responsive slope that offers excellent edge grip.
Team GB Snowboard Olympian, Jamie Nicholls is a fan:
"From the first moment I rode Proslope a few years ago, I instantly felt a difference. It feels more forgiving without losing any board control."
Tallington Lakes will formally start off their winter season with their Christmas Freestyle Open Day in December.
