Can someone please help?.... Going just a little crazy!

I have booked to take my Son, Tom to Les Arcs 26th March and we have hit an issue with Covid 19 regulations

I am double vaxed and boosted. It's Tom that has the issue: He is 17 years old, has special needs (Autism). He had his first vaccination in October and due second now. He can't be vaccinated as he tested positive 12th Jan? - He had mild symptoms and was out of it (negative) in 4 days - He didn't have a PCR to confirm as the government said this was no longer necessary? Therefore, I cannot get a 'recovery' certificate as I can't prove he had it? - And a 12 week wait before he is now eligible for 2nd vax?

From what I can make out, being 17, Tom can travel to France as a 'minor' and that mirrors my status (he can eneter France with me and does not need to quarantine? - Ski lifts require a certificate of vaccination (which I believe replace the pass sanitairre) and again, from what I can make out, I cannot get this cert for Tom as he is not fully vaccinated and cannot prove 'recovery'

Any help would be appreciated before another season passes by!... I have been promising to take him skiing for 3 years now!

Definitely complicated. I believe you can get a certificate by calling 119? Aside from the paperwork, I can tell you that I was in Les Arcs at the weekend nad pass only checked once at first lift early in the day...

March 26th is a long way off, a lot could change by then. The rules will be updated on five separate dates in February https://www.connexionfrance.com/French-news/Covid-19/Boosters-UK-travel-masks-February-dates-for-Covid-changes-in-France. When the rules change this page will be updated https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/actualites/A15121?lang=en

Very confused - can anyone help ? We are driving to Aosta in Italy via France for half term. Cannot work out what tests we need to do beforehand/ along the way ... is it one LFT 24 hours before entering France then another on the way before entering Italy ? Do we need to do another a week later to leave Italy and go into France to come home (in hindsight maybe should have gone skiing in France this year but we love Italy !). Any thoughts gratefully received - the cost of four tests each time we have to do them is a lot so we really don't want to buy them unless we are going to need them.... Thank you

Looks like the pre-entry test requirement for France, at least, will be removed shortly...

100% the same situation, watching rules closely as France quite likely to drop testing from 'in coming days'. Our initial plan (2 adults, 2 children) was to do 2 x self administered LFTs (Over 12s only) before leaving uk, and take another 4 with us to do en route through France to Italy (1 overnight stop). For the return journey I believe there is a test 'pop up' in La Thuile where we could do them to travel back through France, if required. Although no need between EU countries they might be required if have been in uk in past 14 days (although hopefully soon to be dropped). It's a mess!

I understood that the tests had to be "certified" rather than just showing a negative test? We have just got certification back via Randox

Maybe I'm wrong, it's pretty complicated, and ever changing

Flew into Verona last week. No Covid checks at airport. Just passport.
Friends flew to Munich, travelled through Germany, through Austria to Italy - no checks. Flew into Innsbruck three weeks ago and vaccination status and tests checked my military while in passport queue. It's a farce. Seems that there might be checks at airports but haven't heard of any land border checks.
