Our family is going to Dolomites in February for a week. My wife doesn't ski, so I want to stay in Bolzano and make daily trips to Val Gardena and Siusi.
Is it feasible?

Its about an hour to Possa di fassa where I would go ..depending on the weather ..val gardena is a worse road and further so I dont see why you could not ski but I think Val is a bit far ...I have driven both

Did this a few years back when there was too much snow to get up the valley to Arraba.
I'd say an hr to get up the valley but there might be something closer and quicker but Selva would be too far imv

Thanks, I was also thinking about staying in Ortisei, the problem, all places require a week stay.

I spent a few days in Bolzano. I don't particularly like museums but there are two, ones ok but the other has " the iceman" it's a very interesting visit. Also I enjoyed the hearty food in Bolzano .
