Group Trip to Alp d'Huez Jan 18th

I have a group trip planned for 18th Jan 2020, going to Alpe d'Huez seven nights, staying in Chalet Cimes, we have sole occupancy.
The group is so far made up of a mixed bag, skiers and boarders of all abilities (even nine total beginners going), age range from mid 30's to late 60's.
I have around ten places to fill, cost of the trip is £730 which includes flights, Transfers, accommodation and meals (brekkie, afternoon tea and cakes and three course evening meal with wine) Addition costs are lift pass, ski/board hire of ski carriage and lessons.

Flying mainly from Gatwick but other options available with supplements
