Planned 5 day snowboarding/Skiing trip to Hintertux (MAY 30th 2019)

Just looking for any tips or suggestions for the following trip:
My friend and I plan to fly from London to Munich (cheapest flights), hire a car and drive to Mayrhofen where we plan to book accommodation for 4 nights. We then intent to drive daily to Hintertux and have our first taste of summer skiing/snowboarding. Reading other posts on here and viewing the current and early May reports I wouldn't imagine there being a lack of snow but i wondered if anyone had already done this trip and could make any suggestions or offer tips to make our trip a success. We are fairly new to the sport.
