St Anton Christmas week

Hello, not long until the skiing starts.
Following a visit in March this year and enjoying some fantastic Après and snow, I am thinking of visiting St Anton Christmas week with my son. He is early 20s and wants to party at Crazy Kangaroo and Moose and good snow. Has anybody been Christmas before? if so is the resort still lively with a good party scene and what is the snow usually like? Any advice would be gratefully received.

Hi. I have done Christmas in the Arlberg a few times (stayed in Lech but skied St Anton on Xmas Day). It was lively but not too much. I would certainly do it again - it was great.
Snow. Dec is always a bit of gamble..... last year was fantastic but the year before was a disaster - in fact the first Dec ever when I didn't ski.
Everyone with fingers crossed for a repeat of last year's Dec snow.
