Surprise ski trip for my partners 30th

Hi

I have never Ski'd before but my partner has once or twice a few years back and has always said how much he would love to go back. So as a surprise I have booked to take him to St Anton in April for a week.

I want to get him some gifts as clues to surprise him on his actual birthday what do you think would be good ideas to get him apart from the obvious like gloves, hat scarf etc.

Also any advice on St Anton and it being my first time would be much appreciated.

St Anton is better for advanced skiers, if you can cancel and book somewhere else. In April the weather should be warmer but in the mountains the weather changes quickly.

i think for April skiing, you need to g to val Thorens in France, as for a surprise buy him a ski helmet
