I went to Les Menuires last year and stayed in Les Bruyeres. In the morning out the door, over the corridor to the boot room then down the end of the corridor into the lift up two floors and then a 30 metre walk to the Bruyeres Gondola and step out at 2,700 metres 15 minutes later. any better?

Stayed in Reberty just above Les Menuires a few years ago - out of the boot room and up a flight of stairs to the snow. Coming back you could ski into the chalet by ducking under the fence adjacent to the kindergarten.
One in La Plagne (Ski Olypmic) I think was ski in and out of the decking beside the top floor bar.

You won't find anywhere better than Ciao Pais, on piste 2000 in sauze.

Oberlech. 10 steps from breakfast table to boot room. Grab skis 4 steps out the door. Clip on skis and go! Ski straight back in to he boot room door. Can only get up to the chalets via gondola or skidoo. Great place!
mum works too hard to pay for the ski trips!

There is only one answer to this, and that is anywhere where you are with good friends and have access to snow! Simples. :)

We usually stay in Le Chalet du Mont Vallon Spa Resort in les Menuire, you cant have ski in ski out better than here
