Have not taken the train, but you should grab the train at Zurich Airport, which will take you to Zurich Bahnhof main station in town, and you change there for the train to St Anton if I am not mistaken. It's a 3 to 3.5 hour journey and has to be beautiful as can be. Likely similar to the mini-train to Zermatt, from Visp.

Hi. I have done this journey frequently- most recent 4 weeks ago. Zurich airport has a station that's part of the airport - just follow the signs. Grab any train to Zurich main station (Hauptbahnhoff). You then need to get the Railjet (final destination is Vienna). Journey time is 2hrs 20mins. Trains depart every hour at 40 past the hour. However beware, although it's an hourly service for some bizarre reason the trains only stop alternately at Langen (the stop befor St Anton) and St Anton. So depends where your final stop is in the Arlberg. If it's St Anton then you need the St Anton train. If it's Lech/Zurs either will do and (if the trains on time) there's a connecting bus service.
Don't know when you plan to go. These are all winter times so may be different in summer.
Hope that helps
