Totally confused

Hello first time here and first time in France skiing over Christmas/NY 2017. Totally confused where to spend our second week after we have booked in Val disere for 1 week. Have skied Lech, Saalbach -Hinterglemm last year and have considered Zermatt, Val Thorens, Les Arcs, Les Gets, Obergurgl but not sure where to go. 2 adults and 2 kids pref blue/red runs, nice village, not into partying with young kids, need good ski schools. Love your advice.
