Finland in April not possible with Crystal?

So this year we're restricted to a ski trip in school holidays due to GCSEs and us wanting to look like responsible parents :roll: Anyhoo I was researching the week beginning 1/2 April on Crystal's website. I was thinking about Finland on the assumption that the snow would still be in good nick. But the website isn't offering anything past mid-March, even being ultra-flexible about departure airport and destination resort. Nothing at all comes up. Do you think that's because Crystal have no availability due to being sold out, or do they simply not offer any ski trips to Finland past mid-March? I thought it was odd because presumably places like Yllas usually remain open through April?

It's because Crystal is dipping its toes into the Scandinavian waters - Crystal has a shortened season for all Scandinavian resorts. If Finland is anything like Sweden and Norway, it should be very easy to do a DIY trip.

We've skied Hemsedal in Norway twice at Easter. Decent skiing each time although the 2nd trip was saved by fresh snow on the day we arrived. Otherwise it would have been an ice fest! I think I posted a trip report in the Scandnavian section of the forum.

Crystal have only just returned to Finland and don't go for long. Inghams go to Finland through to April and to be honest, Finland DIY is a doddle. I've done it both ways and just work out which is the cheapest.
