Hi,I'm a 26 yo male from Brazil;
I can't find a single soul that wants to go to Germany or Austria (Tyrol) skiing/snowboarding,
thinking Late March 27th to April 3rd 2015 maybe?!!!!!!!!
I don't know anything about snowboarding, or snow reliability, in fact I haven't even seen lot of snow before nor snowboarded (I'm brazilian :))
So... I'll be in Munich for a few days in late March and then I WANT TO SEE SNOW!!! Where should I go?
Are there hostels? Are there clothes rental shops? Anyone going to the alps at this time of the year? Will I be alone at all? lol.
Regards -)
Lucas

Here's a list of ski places that are within 3 hours travel from Munich https://www.j2ski.com/ski_resorts/Airports/Munich.html
I'm sure many places are reachable by train if you do some research. High altitude places are likely to still have the most snow, hence Tony_H's suggestion of Hintertux, which has a glacier. However many resorts stay open into April, so you should find snow in lots of places. You won't be on your own on the slopes, as late March is still ski season and tour operators still offer holidays at that time. Probably Austria will give you more choices than Germany. Enjoy the snow - you'll love it!
You'll find places in every ski town to rent skis/board and boots but I'm not sure about other clothing. Can you borrow a jacket and ski pants from a friend? Or look on ebay? They are quite expensive to buy, unless you're going to ski/board again.

Thanks! a jacket is fine but i dont think my friends will have ski pants... anyway I hope to ski again!!! Garmisch Partenkirchen is the closest resort, and their top is high (> 2000m). I'll check Hintertux too though
