Any snow near the A7 in Germany?

Hey everyone, longtime winter sportsperson, first time forum-person. I am going on a business trip and my friend and I are going to have ONE DAY to get from near Wurzburg to a ski mountain and back. Does anyone know of any resorts that are open AT ALL near the A7? Ive been hearing a lot about sub-par conditions alps-wide.

I only just got back and saw your post the only place I have been in Germany is Feldburg its quite low and a quiet place but I did like it there and I am not certain how close to the A7. I hope you find somewhere for your 1 day. If you have not already done. Best wishes for 2015.

Hi Wbrady757, you don't actually say when you are going, but given the current weather, everything may well have changed out there.

If you look at this google map of the end of the A7 near the Austrian border, you will see the lifts and slopes from many small resorts, suitable for a days skiing. I suggest your best option will be to look them up individually, and find the live conditions from local websites.
